Cancellation/Transfer Policies Under Normal Circumstances:
Weekly Class: Notify us 14 calendar days (2 weeks) before the class begins, minus $20 administrative fee.
Weekly Camp: Notify us 21 calendar days (3 weeks) before the camp begins, minus $20 administrative fee.
Home School: Students must cancel a minimum of 14 days prior to the first day of class for all group classes or the vendor will be paid for the entire class.
If requests for cancellation or transfer occurs with less than 14 calendar days for weekly classes or less than 21 calendar days for weekly camps, a credit of the paid amount minus $20 administrative fee will be issued for usage with a future Communication Academy program.
All classes are subject to cancellation if minimum registration is not achieved: full refunds will be issued.
What if my child doesn’t like the class?
We strive to provide quality enrichment education that fosters a joy for learning. Our utmost concern is your child’s education and enjoyment of our programs. If you find that one of our programs is not suitable for your child, please contact us and we will work to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.
